Sorry I haven’t posted in forever, I’ve been busy. And honestly, I don’t really need the motivation from this blog like I used to anymore. Eating healthy and working out and all of that is just part of my daily life now, I don’t really need to think about it.

I might actually delete this blog, but I’m not sure. Either way, I’m really thankful for all of you fitspos out there. You motivated me when I needed it the most and I probably would be in a really different place right now if it weren’t for all you guys.

Biggest Loser Oatmeal Pancake Recipe
6 egg whites ( I used egg whites from the carton)
1 cup oatmeal
1 cup cottage cheese ( I used low fat)
2 tsp. sugar ( I used my cranberry bog honey)
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. cinnamon
Into the blender it all goes, blend and pour by the 1/4 cup full onto a hot griddle or cast iron pan.  Wait for the bubbles to appear and flip.

I’ve lost 40lbs in 8 months. Only 5lbs away from my goal range. Soon I’m going to start focusing on building muscle mass, but right now I’m a little fixated on losing that last 5 lol. I’ve always been healthy about my weight loss. I struggle with staying active but I’m usually good about my eating habits. Losing weight hasn’t solved all of my problems. But I wake up much happier and I walk around confident now. If you want to know more just ask :) - ihaveaskinnydream
